We Don't Use the Same Cleaning Method for Every Property

Your house, driveway, roof, deck, fence, and equipment all have different cleaning requirements.

That's why we evaluate the surface, material, condition, organic growth, stains, and overall project requirements before choosing a cleaning method.

For appropriate surfaces, we use soft washing with cleaning solutions and low-pressure rinsing. For durable surfaces that can safely handle greater cleaning power, we use the appropriate pressure and temperature.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you pressure wash concrete driveways and sidewalks?

Yes. Driveways and sidewalks are cleaned using sodium hypochlorite and surfactant to treat organic growth, followed by the appropriate pressure and water temperature for the specific surface and condition.

  • Can you remove moss from my roof without using high pressure?

Yes. Our roof moss removal process uses sodium hypochlorite and surfactant followed by low-pressure rinsing. This allows us to address organic growth without relying on aggressive high-pressure cleaning.

  • Do you clean decks and fences with the same pressure as concrete?

No. Decks and fences require a different approach than durable concrete surfaces. Depending on the material, we use sodium hypochlorite, surfactant, or a specialized cleaning mixture followed by a low-pressure rinse.

  • Can you wash trucks and heavy equipment?

Yes. We provide heavy equipment and fleet washing for trucking companies, farms, and equipment owners. We use pH-balanced chemicals and a combination of high- and low-pressure methods based on the equipment and material.

  • Can you handle a large commercial or equipment-cleaning project?

Yes. We serve commercial customers, trucking companies, farms, and heavy equipment owners in addition to residential customers. The cleaning approach and estimate are based on the size, material, condition, and requirements of the project.

  • Are you available outside normal business hours?

Yes. Oregon City Pressure Washing is available 24 hours Monday through Saturday. The business is closed on Sunday.
